ABS is normally thinner (though it can be thick as well), easier to make doubleshot caps. Tends to have a higher (not necessarily louder) sound. ABS will shine (wear down to a shiny surface) much more quickly than PBT, but doubleshot legends are better than dye subbed. They're both good, but some swear by one or the other.
ABS vs. Non-ABS (Normal Brake) A normal brake basically involves pushing the brake pedal so that the clamps would hold tightly and eventually slow down a car. However, clamping the brakes too hard on a slippery road or surface may cause a car to lose traction and control.
No, you don’t. You want repeatable, one to one inputs. You do not want to be applying the brakes and then all of a sudden the abs decides nope that’s a little bit too much. You want to be in total control. I’m a proponent of abs on street bikes, but not on track bikes. 6.
Dude just get the abs version. You can easily find a used one for a decent price. Abs will save your ass, especially as a new rider. When looking for a new bike I was tempted in buying the non abs ninja 400. I thought the $500 price savings was nice but went for the abs model because I thought it wouldn’t hurt having it.
More specifically, the studies show that ABS has no real-world effect on dry-surface braking, ABS-equipped vehicles take longer to stop on ice than non-ABS vehicles, ABS-equipped vehicles are more prone to roll-over accidents than non-ABS vehicles, ABS-equipped vehicles are involved more often in single car fatal accidents than non-ABS vehicles

is abs better than non abs
